The facts, shown without dispute, are these: The appellant J. W. Bettendorf owned and maintained a residential estate of some magnitude, consisting of some 20 acres of ground an'd numerous buildings. In addition to the residence occupied by J. W. Bettendorf, there was on the grounds another residence, known as the bungalow, which ivas occupied by his son, under some arrangement between the father and son, the exact nature of which is not disclosed, further than that J.
