The Industrial Commission of Colorado, under the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, found plaintiff in error totally and permanently disabled and allowed him the maximum, $8.00 per week for life, therefor. He petitioned for a lump sum settlement in lieu of this allowance. A hearing was had on that petition, testimony taken and the commission found that it was not for his best interests that his petition be granted and ordered-accordingly.
