On October 20, 1998, the Napa County (the County) Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution certifying a final subsequent environmental impact report (the FSEIR) and adopting an updated specific plan (the Updated Specific Plan) for the development of an unincorporated area surrounding the Napa County Airport.
