DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation, has filed an original action requesting a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate the November 22, 2005 order of its staff hearing officer ("SHO") allowing the industrial claim of respondent Carl Filler ("claimant") for "occupational asthma and chronic obstruction pulmonary disease," and to schedule a hearing on the allowance of the claim before a district hearing officer ("DHO").
