Defendant seeks the reversal of an adverse judgment for $1,600.20 entered upon a verdict instructed by the court. This case has already been before this court — 240 Ill. App. 677.

Plaintiff commenced his action to recover for goods sold and delivered to defendant. Defendant filed an affidavit of merits and a plea of set-off. On the prior appeal the sufficiency of the plea of set-off was questioned but held sufficient and the cause remanded.
