This is an appeal from the district court’s order granting the government’s petition to *262enforce a subpoena issued by the Special 1982 Grand Jury in connection with its investigation of possible criminal misconduct by an Illinois psychotherapist, Dr. Kersey Antia, in fraudulently obtaining reimbursements from medical insurance companies through the submission of false psychiatric patient care records.
