This is an action brought by Smith, Kline & French Laboratories, a Pennsylvania corporation, assignee of Gordon A. Alies, of Monterey Park, California, to whom United States Letters Patent No. 1,879,003 was issued on September 27, 1932. The plaintiff charges' the defendants Clark & Qark, a New Jersey corporation, Charles L. Morris, Robert Brinton Morris trading as Professional Laboratories, David M.
