The Court of Civil Appeals [33 S.W.(2d) 295] has made the following brief and comprehensive statement of the nature and result of this suit: “This was a suit by appellant Harry Garrison against appellee Dallas Railway & Terminal Company. It was for damages for personal injury suffered by appellant’s wife as the result of a collision at the intersection of Brandon street and Hampton road in the city of Dallas, between one of appellee’s street cars and an automobile operated by appellant, in which his wife was riding.
