This is a boundary suit instituted in the District Court of Jefferson County, Texas, and is before this court on certified questions. The certificate of the Court of Civil Appeals, which we accept for the purpose of answering the questions certified, is rather lengthy, but it is necessary for us to set it out in full in order that our answers may be fully understood.
