Griesa, Chief Judge), dated September 17, 1997, which dismissed his pro se, in forma pauperis complaint sua sponte without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2).

Gomez’s complaint identified defendant’s address as 10750 McDermott Freeway, San Antonio, TX 78288 and stated in its entirety:
