BAUER, Circuit Judge.
James Wendt was charged with possession with the intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He filed a motion to quash his arrest and suppress the evidence obtained during the search of his car, which was denied. Thereafter, Wendt entered a conditional guilty plea. The denial of his motion to suppress is the subject of this appeal. We affirm.
