—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for unjust enrichment, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Rosato, J.), entered January 23, 1998, which, inter alia, granted the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment on its cause of action alleging unjust enrichment.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
