— In an action to recover damages for, inter alia, defendants’ breach of a contract to purchase a tavern and bar business, plaintiff appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Murphy, *762J.), entered June 25,1982, as, at the close of plaintiff’s case, dismissed the first cause of action on the ground that the contract relied on by plaintiff is unenforceable for uncertainty and indefiniteness.
