Lummus Global Amazonas, S.A. (“LGA”) designed and built natural gas pipeline, gathering, and processing facilities in Peru for the project owner, Aguay-tia Energy Del Peru S.R. Ltda. (“Aguay-tia”). The contract between LGA and Aguaytia contained a broad arbitration provision, providing for “final and binding arbitration” under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.
