Appellant was accused by amended information of two felonies, namely: burglary, count 1, and grand theft, count 2. Two prior eonvictidns were charged against him. He pleaded not guilty and denied the prior convictions. Subsequently with the court’s consent he withdrew his first plea, plead guilty to the grand theft charge and admitted having served terms in the California State Prison for two burglaries of which he had been convicted August 3, 1921, and December 17, 1924.
