George W. Latimer, Judge:

At Kaiserslautern, Germany, a general court-martial tried the accused on four specifications of false swearing and one specification of wrongfully instructing an employee to testify falsely, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 728. He was found guilty on three specifications' of giving false answers and sentenced to dismissal from the service, total forfeitures, and three years confinement at hard labor.
