This is an action in the land court. The applicant is a Hawaiian corporation and claims a forty-one fifty-fourths (41/54) undivided interest in fee simple to certain lands on the island of Molokai as described in its application. The applicant’s original source of title thereto is from Kalakauá, King of the Hawaiian Islands, who conveyed unawarded government lands, “situated at Kahanui in the island of Molokai,” to E. W.
