This is a bill in equity for an accounting arising from the plaintiff’s sale of an optical dispensing business to the defendants. The case was referred to a master and comes here on the defendants’ appeals from an interlocutory decree overruling their objections to and confirming the master’s report and from a final decree establishing their indebtedness to the plaintiff. The denial of the defendants’ motion to require the master to append to his report a transcript of the evidence was proper for the reasons stated in Shaw v.
