The defendants are not without some basis in claiming that the trial judge erred in admitting a scale diagram of the accident intersection without verifying “the accuracy of the representation.” McKarren v. Boston & No. St. Ry., 194 Mass. 179, 180 (1907). Everson v. Casualty Co. of America, 208 Mass. 214 (1911). See Ux v. North Reading, 379 Mass. 914, 915-916 (1979). Compare McLaughlin v.
