Plaintiff William Kruger (“Mr. Kruger”) brings this action against Cogent Communications, Inc. (“Cogent”) alleging discrimination on the basis of religion, national origin, and hostile work environment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Am.
