Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Marrus, J.), rendered February 1, 1993, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s contention that the court should have submitted to the jury the issue of whether two key witnesses were accomplices as a matter of fact, with the result that their testimony required corroboration, is unpreserved for appellate review (see, People v James, 75 NY2d 874; People v Mahan, 195 AD2d 881).
