*702Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Mullen, J.), rendered August 6, 2001, convicting him of murder in the second degree, kidnapping in the first degree, kidnapping in the second degree, and conspiracy in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
