WOLFE, Justice.

Plaintiff sued out a temporary writ of prohibition, staying the lower court from proceeding with the threatened enforcement of a contempt order on the ground that the order was made without power and authority. The questions raised are (1) whether the court had power to make the order and (2) if not, whether prohibition lay. The questions will be decided in reverse order. The facts are as follows: Alton R.
