I. INTRODUCTION

This is an employment discrimination case. Plaintiff, Dr. Gandhi Selvanathan, alleges in the Amended Complaint that defendant Opportunities Industrialization Centers International (“OICI”), his former employer, discriminated and retaliated against him in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e el seq., and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (“PHRA”), 43 Pa.
