This is an action to recover the purchase price of an oil well rig sold by plaintiff t.o defendant A. R. Jenkins, and to foreclose a materialman’s lien on the oil and gas lease and leasehold estate. Upon issues joined personal judgment was rendered for plaintiff against defendant Jenkins, who does not appeal, and against the other defendants sustaining the lien and foreclosing same.
