Appellant, Survivors Benefit Insurance Company, appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County which affirmed the order of the Superintendent of the Division of Insurance, Department of Business and Administration of Missouri, which order disapproved certain life insurance policy forms submitted by appellant under the provisions of section 376.675, RSMo 1969, V.A.M.S. Edward G. Farmer has been substituted as respondent herein as the successor to the former Superintendent of Insurance William Y. McCaskill who was superintendent at the time this appeal…
