DOWD, Judge.

This is an appeal by defendant from a judgment in favor of plaintiff for $1,376.00 for accident benefits allegedly due under a group insurance policy issued by the defendant. The plaintiff did not file a brief on appeal.

The Circuit Court considered the following stipulated facts, plus several exhibits. The plaintiff, a member of the United Auto Workers, was employed by General Motors at its St. Louis Chevrolet plant on November 13, 1958.
