Plaintiff Aleksandre Chimarev (“Chima-rev”), proceeding pro se, filed a complaint in New York State Supreme Court, New York County, against his former employer, TD Waterhouse Investor Services, Inc. (“TD Waterhouse”), alleging various claims relating to discrimination in his employment. {See Complaint and Demand for Jury Trial, dated July 23, 2001 (“Complaint”) at 1H(4(a)-(j), 5.)
