Plaintiff Harbans Kaur (“Plaintiff’) brings this action claiming that, inter alia, New York City Health & Hospitals Corporation (“Defendant”) subjected her to a hostile work environment during her employment and wrongfully terminated her on the basis of her national origin and in retaliation for asserting her rights under anti-discrimination laws.
