Plaintiff Collette J. Scott brings this action against defendants Norman Seabrook and the Corrections Officers’ Benevolent Association of the City of New York (“COBA”) (collectively, “Seabrook defendants”) and against the City of New York Department of Corrections (“DOC”) alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
