The plaintiff, Lisa Bruno, appeals from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendant Reed Whipple on her claims of breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing and a violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), General Statutes § 42-110a et seq., in connection with the construction by the defendant Heritage Homes Construction Company, LLC (Heritage Homes),1 a limited liability company owned by Whipple and his wife, of a new home for the plaintiff and her then husband, Stephen Bruno…
