Lusk v. Hitt

This bill was filed to collect from the trustee $236.12, balance of the proceeds of sale of a house and lot in Tiilla-homa under a foreclosure of the deed of trust, claimed to be exempt under the homestead laws, which proceeds were sought to be impounded by Ewin Coop a creditor in a garnishment proceeding.
