The National Labor Relations Board petitions for enforcement of an order, 152 NLRB 943, which found that the Spun-Jee Corporation and the James Textile Corporation violated §§ 8(a) (1) and 8(a) (5) of the Labor Act when they failed to bargain with the Undergarment & Negligee Workers’ Union, Local 62, International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union, AFL-CIO, and when they refused to execute a collective agreement entered into by the union and the Allied Underwear Association.
