MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

INTRODUCTION
This is a Title VII employment discrimination case against the City of Chicago. The complaint asserts that while a Chicago Police Officer assigned to the Eighth District between 2000 and 2007, Mr. Sommerfield was subjected to discrimination and harassment because he is Jewish.
