The plaintiff filed suit against the defendants on May 1,2012, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 *692(“TCPA”), which prohibits any person from sending unsolicited fax advertisements. The plaintiff- claims that defendants violated the Act by.sending it 86 unsolicited fax advertisements between February 11, 2008, and April 26, 2008.
