This suit was brought by the State of Texas, appellee, upon the relation of its State Treasurer, to escheat certain personal property held by Central Power and Light Company, appellant, under the provisions of Article 3272a, Vernon’s Ann.Civ.St. Five categories of property were originally involved in the trial court, i. e., (1) unclaimed dividends and funds for redemption of stock, (2) unclaimed customer’s service deposits and interest thereon, (3) unclaimed funds for the redemption of bonds, (4) unused and unclaimed deductions from employees salaries for the purchase…
