This is an action by the State of Texas under Article 3272a to recover on behalf of the State Treasurer the custody of dividends held in a Dallas bank by the liquidating trustees of Republic Petroleum Company, a defunct corporation. 1 The company, had been organized under the laws of New Mexico, and was dissolved in that State in 1949.
