[¶3.] Douglas Ducheneaux appeals from a court order compelling him to return real property transferred to him by his late father. He also appeals from a jury verdict requiring him to pay general and punitive damages to his father's estate. Ducheneaux alleges that the circuit court made numerous errors throughout the proceedings, including the denial of his motion for a new trial.
