Justice EAKIN.

This is a direct appeal from a death sentence imposed following appellant’s conviction of first degree murder, simple assault, aggravated assault, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, burglary, and criminal trespass.1 At the penalty phase, the jury found two aggravating circumstances and one mitigating circumstance.2 The jury found the aggravating circumstances outweighed the mitigating circumstance and imposed a death sentence for appellant’s first degree murder conviction.
