This is a putative federal securities class action. The lead plaintiff, Guenter Schott, sued Nobilis Health Corporation; its former chief executive officer, Christopher Lloyd; and two of its former chief financial officers, Kenneth Klein and Andy Chen, alleging securities fraud under § 10(b) and § 20(a) of the Exchange Act, 15 U.S.C. § 78j(b) and 78t(a), and Rule 10b-5, 17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5.
