MEMORANDUM

NEALON, Chief Judge.

Petitioner, Robert Lee Choice, filed this habeas corpus action contending that respondent, the Pennsylvania Board of Parole, unlawfully extended his maximum sentence by revoking his parole and taking away his “street time.” Respondent filed a motion to dismiss and a memorandum of law in support thereof. After having had his attention twice directed to Local Rule of Court 301.01, petitioner filed a “traverse” in opposition to the motion to dismiss.
