Respondent Elliot J. Stein was admitted to the practice of *129law as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, First Judicial Department, on March 3, 1975. At all times relevant herein, he has maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.
