(After stating case.) This action is brought by the plaintiffs, five of the six children of Mrs. M. J. Lee, against the executors, and children of Mrs. Baird for the purpose of having the said will construed for and an account of the proceeds of the property directed to be sold, and other relief. His Honor, upon the facts found as above stated, adjudged that- the property mentioned in the second item, to-wit: the Forest Hill property; and that mentioned in items 4 and 5 of said will, became and was by the provisions of said will converted into personal property upon the death of the said…
