Defendant Cephalon, Inc. (“Cephalon”) filed a motion for summary judgment in this product liability suit on the basis that Plaintiffs’ claims are time barred by the two year statute of limitations found in A.R.S. § 12-542. Doe. 75. The motion has been fully briefed, and neither party has requested oral argument. Docs. 78, 81.
