One of the chief petitioners for an initiative measure challenges the ballot title provided by the Attorney General, charging that the provided title “conceals” the purposes of the petitioners’ measure “and thereby misleads the public as to the effect of the proposed initiative.” The petitioner alleges that the provided title is therefore inaccurate and unfair.
