OPINION

TERRY McCALL, Justice.

This is an accelerated appeal from the trial court’s order terminating appellant’s parental rights. We affirm.

Krystal Shelton, appellant, is the mother of J.S. and A.S. The Department of Family and Protective Services (the “Department”) filed an “Original Petition for Protection of a Child, for Conservatorship, and for Termination in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship” on April 12, 2007.
