This is a suit by a materialman, McBride Lumber Company, who furnished materials to defendant Campbell Building Company for its use in constructing and improving a state highway in Millard county under a contract with the State Road Commission. The contractor gave a bond to the state of Utah with the American Surety Company of New York, codefendant, as surety, as required by statute. The interveners are other creditors of the contractor, who by order of court filed the complaints in intervention pursuant to the statute.
