MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT G. MAYER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This chapter 7 case presents the question of whether a class proof of claim may be filed in this case. Joshua Ruiz, Eric Evangelista, Edwin Potts, Jr., and Frank Seklecki, through their attorney, filed a proof of claim on behalf of themselves and a prospective class consisting of all persons who, from May 5, 1992 through May 4, 1998, were enrolled in a course of study, education or training provided by Computer Learning Centers, Inc., at its New Jersey locations and suffered injury from its false claims, misrepresentations or omissions…
