NIEMEYER, Circuit Judge:

Robert Gentry, Joseph Skaf, Jonathan Card, and Jack Hernandez (collectively, “Named Claimants”) filed “class proofs of claim” in these consolidated bankruptcy cases (the “bankruptcy case”) in which Circuit City Stores, Inc. and related entities are the debtors (collectively “Circuit City”).
