This matter is before the Court on Motions for Class Certification (“Motions”) pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 23, made applicable to these adversary proceedings by Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7023. These two adversary proceedings seek, at least in part, relief under the Federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (“WARN Act”), found at 28 U.S.C. §§ 2101-2109.
